The following is an overview of our current pricing approach.

| 1. General hour
tariff: Our general hour
tariff 57.00 € / hour ( VAT ex) /
68.97 € (VAT in).
Interventions are charged per quarter of an hour. |
| 2. Communication costs:
If we incur
communication costs linked to an intervention (telephone, modem,...), we
will charge these costs at
0.10 € (ex VAT ) /
0.12 € (VAT in) per
minute. |
| 3. On site assistance:
On top of the normal prices, we will charge a travel fee of
1.00 € (ex VAT) /
1.21 € (VAT in) per
km, calculating from Asse. |
| 4. Delivery of hard- and software:
If an intervention requires a delivery of hard- or
software, we will confirm you the price first. Delivery will only happen after your clearance
of the offer. |
| 5. Telephone
Helpdesk: If we give
assistance to our existing customers by phone, we will keep track of the
time spent, and invoice when the total time spent exceeds 1 hour. A copy
of the work sheet will be added to the invoice when
sent. |
| 6. Carry-In:
If you wish to avoid travel fees, you can bring your
computer or other hardware to our offices (in certain cases) in Asse. Please contact us prior to bringing material in. |
| 7. Special services:
A
certain number of activities performed by us or third parties acting for
us, can be charged at different, often higher, prices. A common case
are activities linked to servers and the set-up or maintenance of company
networks (cabling, patch-panels, hubs, routers, switches, installation, set-up and maintenance of servers and server-software,...). When
such activities carry charges that differ from our usual tariffs, a
specific offer will be made to the customer, and the necessary
confirmation obtained. |
Warranty
Hard- and software delivered by us will be
guaranteed by its producers. We give a 1 month warranty on second hand hardware.
Invoicing and payment
Each intervention will lead to a work
sheet, detailing the work done, and signed by the customer. Signing the
worksheet confirms your agreement with the products of services delivered.
You will be invoiced by
PINKH bvba for our services. The invoice can be based on a number of work sheets, when
interventions succeeded each other rapidly in time. An invoice based on a signed work sheet cannot be refused or contested.
In case of late or non-payment of
invoices, we have the right to not intervene until the outstanding amounts are
settled.

and/or our offers, you declare to agree to our tariffs and our
