Our Prices and Conditions

Hourly Rates

Our general rates are 60.00 € / hour (ex VAT) / 72.60 € (VAT in). Interventions are rated in sections of 15 minutes.


In addition of the hourly rates (see item 1) a transport fee of 1.10 € (VAT ex) / 1.33 € (VAT in) per km will be added, counting fom Asse. both for interventions and delivery of hard- and software.

Delivery of hard- en software

When an intervention includes the delivery of hard- and software, we will confirm de price of the products to you in advance. We only deliver after your agreement.

Interventions by Phone or on distance

When we perform a series of interventions by telephone (helpdesk) our by online help for our existing customers, the time actually spent will be recorded and invoiced when the hour is exceeded.


If you wish to avoid the transport fees, you can bring in your computer or other equipment at our offices in Asse. Always make an appointment in advance.

Special activities

A number of activities, performed y us or by third parties, can be charged at a different, often higher rate. This applies in particular to all server related activities and the installation/maintenance of corporate networks (cabling, patch panels, hubs, routers, switches, installation and activation of servers with server software..). In those cases you will always receive a specific quote that we submit to you for approval. You can find the rates for filmconversion under “Filmconversion”.


Hard- and software delivered by us is covered by the warranty of the manufacturer. We offer a warranty of 1 month for second hand equipment.

Invoice and payment

For each intervention we will edit a work sheet for you to sign. Your signature confirms your agreement with the delivered services or products and will result in an invoice. You will receive an invoice for every service delivered by us. An invoice can cover multiple work sheets, when different interventions succeed each other in a short timeframe. An invoice based on a signed work sheed can not be rejected or objected.
In case of late or no payment, PC-Hulp.com reserves the right not to intervene anymore until the payment has been done.
By accepting our solution for your problem and/or our quotes you declare your agreement with our prices and our “Terms of Service”, which you can consult below.

I. Terms of Service


In connection with the services offered, PC-Hulp.com will use its best efforts to resolve the technical problem(s) of the user. PC-Hulp.com will attempt to resolve the user’s technical(s) problem(s) in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problem and current policies. Response time may be delayed due to research and inquiries to original manufacturers and developers. PC-Hulp.com does not assure that every request will be resolved to the user’s satisfaction. Our response(s) are merely technical suggestions. Problems that may arise may be a result of software or hardware errors or problems that may not be correctable or may be extremely difficult to resolve. PC-Hulp.com does not have any proprietary information from vendors, manufacturers, and developers, and may not have the ability to find them.
I hereby authorise PC-Hulp.com to perform diagnostics, repairs, hardware and software installations, and upgrades, networking, internet access, and other services to my computer, software, network, peripherals, and any other component or element within my computer or information system. This may include interrupting the power source to the system; deleting or installing software; opening the case, cabinet, or any other protective layer housing any component; and removing or installing parts thereto.
I hereby affirm that I have backed up or otherwise copied all programs, files, and data residing on the system that I deem important prior to PC-Hulp.com’s performance of the services, and I understand that I will be solely responsible for restoring any programs, files, and data after PC-Hulp.com’s performance of the services, regardless of whether such services are successful.


1. Backup Your Software and Data.
Prior to requesting service from PC-Hulp.com, it is your responsibility to back up the software and data on your system’s hard disk drive and on any other storage device(s) in the system. PC-Hulp.com is not responsible for any loss of any software or data.
2. Hours of Service.
Problem consultation services will be provided 9:00am to 5:00pm Central European Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If our offices are closed for holidays, a notification will be made on the Website (http://www.pc-hulp.com).
3. Price.
The standard fee for technical support to your system is 60 € (VAT ex) / 72.60 €(VAT in) per hour.
4. Prepare for the Call.
You will help the technician serve you better if you have the following information and materials ready when you call: your system’s manufacturer; model and model numbers; the operating system and version you are using; and the brand names and models of any peripheral devices (such as a modem) you are using.
5. Explain Your Problem to the Technician.
Now you are ready to describe the problem you are having with your system. Let the technician know what error message you are getting and when it occurs; what you were doing when the error occurred; and what steps you may have already taken to solve the problem.
6. Co-operate with the Technician to Solve Your Problem.
Experience shows that system problems and errors can usually be determined more quickly as a result of close co-operation between the user and the technician. Listen carefully to the technician.
7. Problem Consultation.
The technician will make every effort to determine the nature of your system problems and errors and to correct those problems and errors over the phone. You will be charged according to the fee structure explained on the “Tariffs” section of the Website. If the technician cannot correct your problem over the phone, he may recommend alternative courses of action.
8. Services.
Services do not generally cover any server-related problems (to the exception of Internet access), unless agreed upfront.


1. Parts and Labour.
Based on your description of the problem and information provided by you, the technician may recommend on-site service. Should you not know our tariff structure yet (e.g. new customers), we will update you prior to our intervention. Additionally, the technician will need to have the full address of your system’s location and know whether it is a residence or business.
2. An Adult Must Be Present At Residences.
For on-site service provided at a residence, an adult must be present at all times during the service technician’s visit.
3. Assistance You Must Provide.
The service technician must receive full access to the system and (at no cost to PC-Hulp.com) have working space, electricity, and a local telephone line. If these requirements are lacking, PC-Hulp.com and/or its third party provider are not obligated to provide on-site service.
4. If You Miss the Service Visit.
If you or your authorised representative are not at the location when the service technician arrives, we regret that the service technician cannot service your system. The service technician will leave a card to let you know he or she was there. If this occurs, you will be charged for the travel fee portion of the visit.
5. Parts.
Any parts will only be delivered after agreeing to our quote.
6. Additional Problems.
In the event, your system has problems in addition to those previously diagnosed, the service technician will provide you a price (parts, labour and/or others) for such additional services. Should you choose to take the additional services, a written authorisation from you will be needed.
7. No Part Needed.
If the technician determines that the quoted part was not needed in order to render services, you will not be charged for the part.
8. Assignment.
PC-Hulp.com reserves the right to subcontract or assign, either in whole or in part, its rights and obligations hereunder to a qualified third party designated by PC-Hulp.com.


All quotes made by us are for information purposes only and do not constitute a commitment on our behalf.  Orders only constitute commitment after written or silent acceptance by us.
2. Delivery.
Our prices include delivery, unless stated otherwise.  Packaging is not charged, unless otherwise agreed or mentioned.  We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by transport companies and their personnel to the properties of the customers, the customer or his personnel.
3. Delivery lead times.
We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, even if the delivery times were put in writing.  No damages can be claimed for late or non-delivery.  On the other hand, the customer may choose to end the delivery agreement by simple letter.
4. Force Majeure – Acts of God.
Should we, for reasons independent of our own will, not be able to deliver according to agreements, then we will be allowed to deliver at a later date, when the reasons independent of our own will, shall have ceased to interfere.  However, should this situation last for more than one month, we as well as the buyer, will have the right to end the agreement, for the part that has not been executed yet, and this without legal intervention.  Under Acts of God, we understand each circumstance independent of our own will – regardless of the fact that it could have been foreseen when the agreement was made – that temporarily or definitely obstructs or hinders the fulfilment of the agreement, such as, but no limited to: ware, fire, flooding, transportation issues, ice and other problems related to the weather, illness, government decisions, including import and export limitations, shortages of supply of prime matter, energy of office supplies, including defaulting suppliers, strikes, faulty or broken machines, and any other disruption in our company, including circumstances caused by our personnel.
5. Limitation of remedy.
Should our products or services have visible faults or defects, then the buyers has to complain at delivery.  Complaints for other faults or defects should be made the moment they are discovered by the customer.  No complaints will be accepted after the eighth day following delivery.  If a complaint is received in time and proven right, we can only be obliged to offer a replacement to the customer.  No amounts will be paid in damages.
6. Payments.
Our invoices will be paid according to the payment terms mentioned on them.  In the event of delivery of faulty or defective products or services, the customer will still be obliged to pay the related invoice(s).
7. Property.
All products and services delivered by us will remain our property until the related invoices have been paid in full.  However, the customer will be responsible, from the moment of delivery on, for all eventual loss of or damage to the goods, or damage caused by them.
8. Late payments.
Should a customer be late in paying our invoice, or should he be declared bankrupt or obtain payment protection from his suppliers, we will have the right to end all running agreements without legal intervention and repossess all non-paid for goods.  Moreover, we will still have the right to claim eventual damages, including legal and extra-legal incassocosts.  Additionally, all claims we should have on the customer will be immediately claimable.
Should accounts not have been settled on their due date, we will immediately claim interests of 10% per annum, counting from the invoice date on the invoice amount, without the need for legal
intervention.  Moreover, the invoiced amount will be increased by 10%, with a minimum of € 150.00, providing us cover for administrative costs, disruption of the financial planning process, credit costs etc….  Any payment received will always settle the oldest accounts firsts.
9. Responsibility and complete agreement.
Our responsibility for eventual damages suffered by the customer is excluded unless otherwise agreed.  This is the complete and exclusive statement of terms and it supersedes all prior oral and written proposals and communications pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
10. Jurisdiction.
Belgian law governs this Agreement. Venue for any action is proper only in the Brussels courts, Belgium.
